Sheryl Smith
Sheryl is a Mortgage Broker based in Craigieburn. Sheryl started her career in lending in 1997 with 6 years spent at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, before moving into her next role for the following 15 years becoming one of the most awarded Loan Writers for Smartline Personal Mortgage Advisors.
Sheryl has now moved on to grow her own business, SSSA Financial Services Pty Ltd. Offering the same dedicated service she has offered to her growing and loyal client base established over years of hard work. Whilst Sheryl is based in Craigieburn, she is also mobile and can visit you in the comfort of your own home.
Finding the right home loan product for her new and existing client’s individual and changing situations is at the core of Sheryl’s service.

Jacinta Clark
Jacinta is our Customer Service. representative, Jacinta has worked in the finance industry for over 20 years with a high focus on customer service.
Jacinta has been with SSSA Financial Services since 2021, She mainly focuses on pre-assessment of applications where she collects, saves, sorts and analyses documents & assesses statements.
Jacinta also follows up applications with lenders and handles all progress payments on our clients behalf.
